Boots on the Ground Across Greater Cincinnati
JiReH serves Greater Cincinnati and surrounding DODD service regions as a Certified Independent Provider delivering direct I/DD care and pastoral advocacy, with compliance consulting available to outside agencies. Our roots trace to the Historic First Baptist Church of Cumminsville, where the Boots on the Ground movement was born. Pastoral counseling is also available virtually for clients beyond the Cincinnati area.

JiReH Integrated Care is one empire with two doors: the Counseling Sanctuary (faith-based Pastoral Counseling) and Provider Plus (DODD-certified I/DD provider services). Both are led by Pastor Gloria D. Jones in Cincinnati, Ohio.
It is the thesis of everything we do. Whether it is pastoral guidance or I/DD advocacy, the provider does not delegate the mission. Pastor Gloria leads from the front, Boots on the Ground, present and visible.
No. The Counseling Sanctuary offers Pastoral Counseling from a biblical perspective. We are not licensed by the State of Ohio as Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, or Psychologists, and we do not diagnose or prescribe. If clinical care is needed, we provide a Warm Handoff referral to a qualified professional.
The Arno Profile System (APS) surfaces your inborn temperament, what scripture calls your inmost being. The five temperaments are Melancholy, Choleric, Phlegmatic, Sanguine, and Supine. Pastor Gloria is an Advanced APS Specialist.
Not yet. DODD authorization under the Individual Options (IO) and Level 1 waivers is something we are actively working towards. In the meantime, we welcome families through Private Pay for specialized advocacy.
The Counseling Sanctuary is Private Pay only. This keeps our work pastoral in nature and outside the clinical insurance scope.
Boots on the Ground is both a staff posture and a church initiative. Our Watchmen are present and visible, never on the sidelines. The initiative also mobilizes the Body of Christ to step into stigma-free mental health support.
