Provider Plus is a DODD-certified provider serving the Intellectual & Developmental Disability (I/DD) community. Care is currently funded through private-pay arrangements for specialized advocacy, and we are actively working towards Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities waiver authorization.

Ways to Access Care
DODD / Ohio Medicaid:
We are actively working towards DODD authorization for the Individual Options (IO) and Level 1 waivers. Until then, care is available through Private Pay.
Private Pay:
We welcome families who wish to secure specialized I/DD advocacy and care through private arrangements.
Compliance consulting and private-pay advocacy rates are quoted by scope. Reach out to discuss specifics.

Executive Arts Dinner
A paid event experience combining an APS Temperament Profile session, a 30-minute pastoral counseling session, dinner, and live entertainment.
$100 per person

JiReH does not publish a rate card for every offering. Counseling session rates, training fees, and compliance consulting quotes are tailored to scope. We respond to every serious inquiry within one business week.
