For over 40 years, Gloria D. Jones has been the mother and advocate of a hero with developmental disabilities. This journey taught her that care is not just a clinical requirement. It is a spiritual calling. At JiReH, we provide a "Gold Standard" of living because we understand the daily reality of the I/DD community from the inside out.
Pastor Gloria's roots span Arkansas to Cincinnati. She is an NCCA Licensed Pastoral Counselor, an Advanced APS (Arno Profile System) Specialist, and a DODD-Certified Independent Provider who also consults with outside agencies on DODD compliance. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2023, a credential she carries plainly into the Counseling Sanctuary work.
Pastor Gloria is also the Founder and First President of the Queen City Blue Star Mothers (OH 64), the Cincinnati chapter of the national Blue Star Mothers of America. That heritage shapes JiReH as a family-owned, veteran-led operation: three veterans serve on staff, and the work carries the discipline and dignity their service taught.
JiReH, a stylization of Jehovah Jireh, "The Lord Will Provide," is the brand thesis: The Provider Provides.

JiReH is family-owned. Three veterans serve on the team. The work was built by a Blue Star Mother; Pastor Gloria founded and led the Queen City Blue Star Mothers (OH 64). It carries the posture of those who have served: present, accountable, and faithful.
