JiReH Provider Plus is the work of the Watchmen. As a DODD-Certified Independent Provider, Pastor Gloria delivers direct I/DD care herself. She ensures every hour is documented with the same precision she brings when consulting outside agencies on DODD compliance. We don't just file paperwork. We reconcile clinical necessity with the lived reality of the individual we serve.

Is JiReH Provider Plus a DODD-authorized provider?
Not yet. We are a DODD-Certified Independent Provider and are actively working towards authorization under the Individual Options (IO) and Level 1 waivers. For now, services are available through Private Pay.
What does "Watchman" mean?
Watchman is the staff posture and identity of Provider Plus, active, visible, present. We reconcile medical orders with ISPs, advocate with SSAs and specialists, and never sit on the sidelines.
Do you offer DODD compliance consulting for other agencies?
Yes. As a DODD-Certified Independent Provider who also holds DODD compliance consultant credentials, Pastor Gloria helps outside providers and agencies build audit-ready documentation and DODD-aligned processes.
How is Provider Plus paid?
Today, Provider Plus is funded through Private Pay for specialized advocacy. We are actively working towards DODD / Ohio Medicaid authorization (Individual Options and Level 1 waivers).
How is Provider Plus different from Counseling Sanctuary?
Different scope, different payment, different audience. Provider Plus is DODD-certified I/DD provider work. Counseling Sanctuary is faith-based pastoral counseling. One empire, two doors. And we keep them disciplined apart.
